The War Bird:  1.5oz Amaro Averna, 0.75oz Plantation o.f.t.d., 0.75oz citric + malic acid blend, 0.5oz Rinomato Aperitivo Deciso, 0.25oz Small Hands Pineapple Gum Syrup. Build in highball.
